You are going to be hard pressed to not spend that much, and make 500rwhp without nitrous. You can do it on stock displacement na but you will spend 2000 for heads, 1000 for intake and tb, 600 for cam kit, 1500 for exhaust, 500 for tune, cost of installation, and all the little stuff. You are going to spend 6 to 7k at the cheapest, without nitrous, and you will need the best of everything to make it there on stock displacement na.

He's right, but I'd say you'll spend more then 6-7 grand for the best of everything. He's leaving out the expensive *** dual plate clutch, upgraded rear end thats another 4 grand or more depending on which clutch and what level diff you decide. Nitrous is a quick remedy for an on going problem (not enough power). A well thought out combo by Tony Mamo will get you a lot further then just piecing together this and that. It will also save you money in the long run just by doing it right the first time.

Well, I bought the car.
2004 MY z06
JUsr ordered LG Street, off-road x, UD Pulley, and a Halltech Stinger.
So, I'm going to go with that for awhile, and see how happy it keeps me.
