Info on HPE anyone? Hey guys. Im here looking for some info on Horsepower Engineering. a buddy of mine just got a dyno installed in his shop and he got an email from someone named Chuck Anders who says he is the founder/owner of HPE from 2003-2007 he is asking about my buddy to host him at his shop for a dyno day. he says he will charge anywhere from 250-500 for a tune per car depending on attendance. Does this name ring a bell with anyone? His myspace says he has tuned every car that has gone through HPE and will continue to do so. Im trying to make sure he isn't getting involved in something he should run away from! Thanks for any help!

Im not meaning to call him a liar. he's just getting some background info on him because he got the email totally randomly and neither of us know anything about HPE or Chuck. Thank you!
