they also make mini rail guards on the front, but are made out of delrin which is a plastic, could pair those up with the rollers, and i dont think anything would be getting touched then, under any circumstance.
The front piece that you are slamming into everything supports your radiator and some other items.
Furthermore, you stand a good chance of cracking your rocker panels and fenders. The cost to repair the rocker panels is very high.

It really depends on the angles that you hit (incline) going in and out of driveways or really bad roads that have ruts.
The yellow Z06 that we had earlier was so low that you could not drive it on some of the local roads that had ruts (i.e. center of roadway up and the two tire contact points lower).
I like the lowered look but if you're on the street, it's better to do a 19 / 20 package with taller tires to achieve that slammed look, then to lower your more than an inch on the stock size tires.
I'm going to be running 315 /18's on the front and 335 /18's on the rear of my project car that been in the works for about (4) years now. They are painting it now and then it'll come home and I have the interior and a bunch of wiring and a few mechanical items to sort out.
I'll probably leave the front spoiler off when I run on the street for fear that I'll bust it off.
