New Best N/A!
Still running pretty much the same setup as last year (427 L92, TH400, hyd roller 25X/260X), switched to a narrowed 12 bolt over my old Dana 60, and running a different top end.
Had some trouble hooking up in Memphis at the LSX shootout on the 275 radials i was running so came home and put on a set of ET drags just to get the car to make a good hit
My ET 255s are out in Houston getting some port work done so put on a set of ET 230 cc heads for Memphis, which lowered the compression a bit (11.8:1) along with some YT rockers and a factory LS7 intake with a 95mm TB- gonna continue to play with this setup until my original heads are complete. This all picked up a bit over last year setups to my surprise, ended up making about 540 rwhp and 445 torque on a mustang dyno
Also been doing some converter testing, put in a tighter converter just to try, i was happy with the results... still needs to be looser so gonna tighten up my original converter a bit and see how that pans out.
60' 1.365
330 3.937
1/8 6.103
MPH 113.31
1000 7.979
1/4 9.569
MPH 141.64
So im very happy with the car and excited to see how much more we can get out of her
Huge thanks to Jeff @ PSI and Erik @ HK Enterprises, all those late nights paid off a bit

Congrads Ashley !
Thats some good MPH, guess the tight converter helps a bit with that.
When are you going to quit pussyfooting around with the limited travel Hyd. roller stuff?
Put a solid in there and make some real power!
Did they not let you guys run slicks at Memphis?

we were allowed to run a 28x10.5 like last year, but since my rear was narrowed i only got one set of wheels right now and was hoping to get it to hook on the 275 radials so went down with those, didnt have time to test before we went so kinda my own fault..
im gona put the radials back on it and go to cecil on weds, since its leaving a bit softer with this converter im hoping it will hook up on them now
thanks again for the congrats

< 12:1 compression, and hydraulic roller, that's awesome. Do you run straight race gas, and do you run a lot of timing? Loved the car at the LSX Shootout, was is your raceweight? Did you take out the weight you had in the back?

well had the car back out tonight at cecil county dragway and managed to widdle down my time some more.
played with the tune alittle bit. im real happy with the mph, gonna try another converter next week because the one in the car now is way too tight and the car is leaving pretty soft, only cutting high 1.3s
new pass:

I just talked to you guys on your way home but that is getting really fast! With a better 60 foot you are way in the 9.40s easy and maybe even high 9.30s! I can remember not long ago when only solid roller high compression stuff was that fast or the cars weighed under 3000 etc. Congrats again and I expect you will be going even faster pretty soon when that launch is right. You'll have to make a road trip down to Houston later in the winter when we have good air and can run when you guys are shut down up North there!

Any idea what the DA was? it had to be LOW
If you get a looser converter you may loose some of that big MPH.
Hope to see you at the next 275 race.
Was it on slicks or radials?

Congrats! Nice to see another woman racer still doing well! I did not do as well as I hoped at the shootout, either. I personally could not have made an improvement with a .004 on the tree second round, but the car failed me and would not shift out of 3rd gear so we ran a 10.70 on a 10.50 dial. Doh!
