......?

if honestly nothing else, that is the fastest ls1 i have ever seen with those mods... i ran a 7.5@90 with ms4 90/90 410s 4k stall 3250 raceweight.... granted it was in 90 degree weather.. but still..... Fing sick times man...

did it run that consistent or was that like a really cold day.. i guess what im asking is if it ran hat year around or what... DA?
Thanks it did run pretty good before I changed to the new engine last spring! To answer your question. The person that started the thread said he was at the track when it was 45 degrees and at sea level. So I went back and found time slips for a similar day!

The times I posted above were in December 2006 at the House of Hook in Jackson SC and the DA was really good that day!

The 7.53 pass resulted in an 11.944 1/4 mile ET at 111.17 MPH.

Most of the time the car ran consistent high 7.6's all the time.

The best pass before that day was at Brainard where it ran a 7.60 ET.

What I want to know is how you got the race weight down that much! Are you saying that is with you in the car? If I had that race weight I could be running 10.50's NA now instead of 10.75.

On a side note I went to Bowling Green last saturday and posted a new PB MPH of 124.14 NA with my current setup 346 CI engine. I posted the video in my thread Good 3,000 RPM launch photo in the drag racing results.

Anyway I hope Droptop finds out what the problem is!

thats awesome man... what is your setup exactly... if you dont want to say in a thread, you can pm me...

yea.. with me in the car and about a 1/4 tank of gas im at 3250... and im not quite done taking weight out... i have not spent any money at all on weight reduction yet... the only thing noticeable are skinnies and no rear seats...

i have no a/c, cruise control, rear speakers (still have radio, but not for long), all the brackets that all that stuff uses, heat shields.............. etc...

if you want i can get you a list of everything i took off and pm it to you.. a friend of mine still has cruise control and all speakers and all the acc. people like in DD cars and he was at 3375 race weight.. let me know if you want a list!

do you like brainard?
