Default Something just doesnt seem right

Ok. So last year in June, I took the car out to MM. It was bone stock and ran a 14.1 @ 97.xxx.

Since then, I have added LT's, ORY. LS6 intake, P/P throttle body, MTI Lid, better tires, and a pretty damn good tune.

I went out last night at got a best of 13.83 at 101.xxx.

It just seems that I should have gained more than .27 of a second with all of those mods.

Things like this will leave you scratching your head all the time.
Even though your ET only dropped by .27 you gained around 4 mph which tells me you have gained quite a bit of hp.
What was your 60' time between the two?

How many miles are on your car? Have you put new plugs and wires on it? Your MPH seems low to me. What was the weather like? Do you know what the DA was? Hot weather is going to take away some RWHP. Your 60' time is pretty good.

Are you at high altitude or something? Both times seem way off, but I'm use to low alt.

My pretty much stock LT1 ran about your new e/t and mph with a lot worse 60' time so something seems off.
