Default First time at the track with my car

....or any manual for that matter.

I did make 3 passes on my formy when it was bone stock down to the paper filter.

I was running at Osceola Dragway, which is not extactly the best, but hey it was still fun and I got a lot of hot lapping in. I've been told its the street racer's track because its not any different than the street lol. I let the car cool down once for 25 min, netted no better time. I just wanted to go and have fun so hot lapping all night was for me.

Running 245/40/R18 Goodyear Eagle F1s on the rear at ~30psi (normal street pressure)

I was always babying it out of the whole, whenever I went full throttle at any point in first it was just spin spin spin so I just had to gradually get into the throttle and not go WOT in 1st. Couple of passes I got sideways in 3rd and had to shut it down. I have no doubt with a lighter driver and better tires this is easy mid 12 car.

First pass (the worst that I actually went down the whole track - I am excluding my 2 runs trapping <60 mph)
RT-+.4649
60ft-3.0851 (LMAO)
330ft-7.0262
1/8 ET---9.9692
1/8 MPH--85.36
1/4 ET---14.47
1/4 MPH--110.85

So lol. Overall I made 13 passes.

Best Pass:

RT-+.9757
60ft-2.2332
330ft-5.7741
1/8 ET---8.6153
1/8 MPH--87.91
1/4 ET---13.03
1/4 MPH--113.08

Ugh, I was one large **** away from 12s....

On those shitty radials and my huge *** driving a manual at the track for the first time ever while hot lapping, I was pretty freaking happy. Still want to kick myself in the nuts for not getting 12s though. Granted, car's suspension is also set up for handling, not for drag. I think with drag radials though, this is an easy 12.5-12.6 car.

with some MTs and a little practice to cut 60' down you should get mid 12s.

It was invalid, but which is odd, it's the same road as normal. It's my 2004 cl55amg pulley and tune, no cats.
