Question new track times a little confused

So the last time I ran at the track i ran 11.86. since then i have installed and vig 3600 stall and a fast 92intake and tb. I went to the track tonight and got 2 passes in. The first a 12.7 at 106 mph. and the second a 13.06 at 106 mph. Im really puzzled about this. I cant figure out how i lost more than a full second and 10 mph anybody have a opinion on whats going on. thanks

I know this is going to sound silly, but I have to ask. Did you retune after the new intake and converter?? Was this at Capitol?

Get it retuned and try again. You can check for vacuum leaks though and make sure that isn't what was slowing you down.

What are you shift points. Fast 90 doesnt even shine until 6K+. I personally shift at 6200 so there is no reason for me to ever have a fast 90.

This is a really good question. Please list the mods to the vehicle before and after.

You can look all you want, but you need to spray some carb cleaner and listen for the motor to change rpm while you spray. I had a pinched intake gasket and it leaked pretty bad that you couldn't see, but the ol carb cleaner told the story.

I went and got the car tuned and replaced the drivers side o2 sensor. I went to the track this past friday nad ran a 11.8 at 116 with 1.67 60ft, then ran a 12.1 at 117 with a 1.97 60ft. I didnt gain anything by changing the stall and adding a fast 92, im still a little confused I thought i would pick up something in the 1/4
