Did we meet? Believe it was the day that Gomer and I were at the track.
That is a MUCH better 60' than when you were at Huntsville! That track doesn't turn the best times around.. They are average.
I'm getting some skinnies and trying to hit 7.0-1s @94-5mph or so when it opens back up, hoping for a mid-high 1.4X short time.
EDIT::: Didn't watch the vid, I see thats Gomers' brother car! Nice to see I found you!
You coming back to Hville when it opens?

My car is a true street car, cam only! And when I say cam only.....its a true cam only....Stock Bottom End, Heads, Intake, TB etc. My car ran a 11.55 at 117mph pulling the left front tire a couple of inches off the ground
.
Heres my setup...
2002 Camaro Z28-Factory auto,t-top,and leather car.
Full weight...heat...air...full interior etc.
Car weighs with me in it 3400lbs w/ 1/2 tank of gas.
Small cam...TSP Custom 224/224 .581/.581 112lsa 1400-6300 RPM PB
Hooker 1& 3/4 LTs & ORY.....stock catback with Magnaflow muffler
Stock 10bolt with 3.73s & Girdle
Messed up 4l60e, hitting rev going into drive
TCI Super Streetfighter stall 3000-3500rpm
SLP Lid & K&N
Custom Tune
Bone Stock Suppension
This was done on a 275-50-15 ET Street Radial
THATS IT!!! I have a bunch of time slips with that time, car is pretty consistent. Also have a video. The video is of me and my buddy sorry dont have one of just me.. But im the red Z28 of coarse...

Here is the dyno sheet..this car makes really good track times for the shitty HP and TRQ it put down. But i will say this, the dyno i used is old and the bearing are wore out and it always dynos about 25hp less than others. So given that it should be about a 400rwhp car...

99corvette,
Your car is running on par for your mod’s and you should be very proud!
Just for comparison when I had my completely stock engine in my Formula with Hooker LT's, full exhaust, stock LS1 intake not LS6 like you have, lid, stalled transmission and 3.70 gears my car ran 1.54 60 foot, 7.533 1/8 mile at 89.14, 11.944 1/4 mile at 111.17 weighing 3,665 Lbs. +/-! The car made 329 HP and 350 TQ through the stock transmission, convertor and 3.23 gears. I am not sure what the power was after the stall and the gear change!
So as you can see the cam and intake you have are making good power! Of course the 265 pounds lighter helps as well!! I need you to take my car down the track, I have 95 pounds on you so that would make a big difference.
Good luck on the new times with the added mods and be safe! Your friends TA is moving out as well!

i think the cutout, pulley and bigger stall will help plus loose some weight on the car and you probably be close. But then again i have a lt1 (other car in video) dont really know much about the ls1..btw may car was hitting rev limiter because my dumb *** didnt have it in drive...it done a 1.38 60' on that last run.

I sure hope so! ![Happy](https://ls1tech.com/forums/images/smilies/LS1Tech/gr_stretch.gif)
I'm shooting for a 1..46, but would be happy with anything in the 1.4X range!![Grin](https://ls1tech.com/forums/images/smilies/LS1Tech/gr_grin.gif)
Hopefully that would be enough to get me to a 7.1!, in good weather and Gomers tune on it maybe I will have enough on the top end to pull me to a 7.0!
I'm not taking any weight out at all, so that will hamper me some. I will be more than happy with a 7.0.
