Your car is moving regardless.

yup there is a couple things we need to address, that was straight off the transbrake at 4k. It needs to be flashed a little to sixty foot better, so it will have a 2 step on it next time. should go low 1.3xs plus it will have 200 or so lbs out of it.

Should go 9.50's if the weather is decent.

The stupid Spohn Drag bar, that we had to grind and make custom mounts to clear the double adjustables. The bar works performance wise, but has no clearance for aftermarket shocks.

Stay away from it, its just a uneeded headache. UMI and BMR make a great street/race bar.

Same setup with the Spohn here. Like Cameron said, it works but clearance for double adjustables sucks. BMR, Wolfe, or UMI would be my choice if I were to do it all over.

man sounds like you finally getting that thing running pretty good these days. if theres one thing i really regret (besides selling the car) is never spraying it. i would have loved to have sprayed a 150 shot on that thing and tried to make sub 9.50's on stock heads.

I have a couple people who run that 1 inch sway bar and like it. It wont keep the car totally straight when launching but it is a plus over the stock.

Good Luck getting the number you want! Pretty nice times.

Some guys I am acquainted with here in chicago went 9.64@138 and 9.67@137 on a cam only nitrous car a good 6 years ago. Stock heads, stock bottom end. Not sure how far they pushed it or how much faster they went.

Thanks man. Yup I have heard of that car, that is the one I am chasing. I think we can get there, but money is tight right now so who knows how long it will take. This college bidget doesnt fit and take care of a 9 second car.

i ran that bmr extreme with the solid end links and i kept it preloaded where one side sat just a tad higher but when it launched it left flat as can be and planted both tires hard, just takes some fine tuning to get them to work under that kinda 60' and shock load the clutch was throwing at it.

The extreme and the spohn 1ich are a big difference. The 1 inch isnt adjustable at all I believe. For a street car/track car I like bars like the spohn drag bar, BMR xtreme, and also UMI's sway bar.

Ya I have the 1inch spohn its nice for a street/track car. Has stock endlink style bolts with poly bushing. Its was a lot better over the stock one, and quite and everything.
I think I'm going to somthign stiffer tho.

Nice times man.
