Casper was def the quickest LS powered doorcar in the sixes

Paul Major went the quickest on radials so far 7.11

We went the quickest on true stock style suspension and radials with our 7.29
but that was on 7 cyls went a 4.82 to the 1/8,best 1/8 is a 4.70

The Ohio boys are the quickest stock suspension f bodies with i believe a 7.44

hope this helps

Sounds good, I had been curious to know how fast Major's car has gotten.
Dam good job to the Ohio boy's, I am really impressed with there cars. I guess S.A.M. has the all motor record with "Stock Style" suspension.

Thanks, I'm still running truck manifolds on the TA. We have headers on the Camaro. So far the truck manifolds are doing well. I'm one of the few who have gone over 200mph with a single turbo.

Thanks a lot! Now that I have a legal cage in the car. Wait till you see what we run this year.

Did you port match the manifolds or anything?
I have a set of stainless works headers here I may use, but I am thinking of selling them and just using the manifolds.
Have you seen any difference between the two?

Casper 6.86@205 tube chassis
Hardcore went 6.9X tube chassis
Cv went 7.0X@ 212!! Tube chassis. They had trans trouble that would not allow them to leave on full power.
Mike Brown and Paul Major went over 200mph on stock style suspension.
Phil will probably get over 200 this year.
Jim at Speed inc got kicked out of Maxton for going 199mph after driving the car from Chicago=Maxton North Carolina. I guess they wanted a legal cage in the car!
These are the fastest cars I know of, but they are coming out of the woodwork now! Should see a new flock of fast cars this year I would guess, as better parts become more available.

From what we have seen... I wish I would have saved my time and money on building headers. At least on a single turbo setup. Were still having to move all the exhaust thru the same size turbine inlet. Now if it was a twin setup I think the manifolds may be a restriction at this power level.

Oops! I just remember liking that, I forgot that was the LT engine. We have one for Maxton at the shop now that is not LS powered (weird), it involves a 2 litre, turbo and a Rambler!

Your car is the reason my car has truck manifolds on it, lol.

Paul Major in stock style suspension

Casper in tube chassis

That's it... Everybody else has a bunch of work to catch up still.

If I am lucky I will have a shot at running with all these big dogs Kurt mentioned but I am already way behind the curve with a 7.51 best under my belt 2 years ago.
