Default 11.58 with boltons

well after a year from my previous best of an 11.76 @ 115.30 1.60'.
martin luther(02z28)smashes his previous best!

after ups and downs, last track visit i mounted 15X8.5 mt slick n went a best of 11.98@114.from a previous best of 11.76 @ 115.30 1.60'.never gonna mount slick again

so fast foward to yesterday, got new 235/60/15 mt drag radials mounted on greg welds, removed passenger seat and headed for midnight madness.
right off the highway and letting the car idle for atleast 1hr,i got to run
11.74@115.40 happy but pissed cause i beat my p.b but they did not give me my ticket at the booth.my friend told me what i ran.
so let the car sit for 2hrs cause it was packed as fu@*,then waited in line for another hr.
11.67@116.43 1.58' yeah got the slip,at this point it was 1:13am and the lines were going down so i hot lapped it and it went
11.58@117.25 1.56'

1)11.74@115.40 right off the highway, waiting to get inspected, waiting in line for atleast an hour, never shouting off car.gotta love the ls1

2)11.67@116.43 1.58 loosened uped the front shocks to setting of 1

3)11.58@117.25 1.5692 hotlapped

last pass.the da--12.

raceweight-3225?idk cause sometimes i weigh it,it says 3260,3350,3300,its not consistent,i lose weight and it says i weigh more.

stall--yank3600

i still want to get an abs delete, vfn hood, tune my shift points cause it hits the limiter 2x before it shifts.il post my slips when my camera works again so i can get on the list.

haha mine did the same too hit like 3 times on the 1 to 2 shift on my 11.55 pass...

i know what you mean about track scales they suck...i havent weighed my car in like 3 years now...time to get it on a Cat scale this spring

dont be too surprised about the abs delete, claims like 13-15 lbs...when i did mine it was exactly 7lbs ...but a pin on hood is worth 36lbs here and i had a stock z28 hood and went to a sunoco pin on

Congrates, my best run with bolt-ons only was a 11.89 @ 114.4 1.70 60' with a 2800 converter. I was running a nitto 245/50-16 and the air was right at 65 degrees. ??on DA but it seemed to be just right.

Your car was running hard last night. Glad to meet you.

Fast pass was against me in the right lane. 2009 CTS-V ran a 12.2 @ 116 He got me off the line and stayed in front the whole way down. Well built Combo.

Still glad I had good brakes with that idiot being lights out in my lane.

Damn all you guys knocking me further down the list! Looks like I'll have to really bring it to get back up the SI list...

Just wait until I get another set of tires, then you'll see. I've been dying to get back to the track and get my numbers down, just waiting on a check to come, then it's on like Donkey Kong!

I'm gonna strip my car down to 3200 lbs WITH driver and make a run at LOW 11's.

Seriously though, congrats! Now I'll have to try and play catch-up...

I pulled an 11.68 SI a while back at 116 off the foot brake with 1K left on the converter. Was 49 degrees at sea level.

I ain't on the list though; but could be.

It ain't over yet... Still got more wieght to remove and new gearset ready to throw in. I expect an 11.39 in the fall of this year and an 11.29 in the early spring of next year (maybe a lil on the wishful thinking side).

Gaylon, I'm coming to get you!!!

They still do this down in Fayetteville if I'm not mistaken. Maybe we can hit it up sometime.
