Default New 1/4 best with new 6800 converter

i changed the converter from a 5800stall to a 6800stall and the car about picked up .2 and 2mph.

we went to Gulf Port last night and it went a best of a 9.26@ 145.87 with a 1.31 60ft it went a 5.88 @ 116.7x

we are making some changed to the engine and are gonna be looking for some 8's on motor.

thanks,
David

You should have put the other intake on; you know....the one that makes MORE power. Sure it would pick up a little after seeing the over lay on the dyno graphs.

6800 rpm can you drive that thing in the pits at all? What is the red line of the motor? I must assume 8-9 thousand rpm?

Your times kick some serious butt!

i Just finished disassembling the entire engine and everything thing looks brand new there were about 40 passes on the engine total. the bearings looked like they have never been ran.

we are working on the new engine right now and should be back running in about a week and a half.
