Default Camaro at el paso motorplex

I went to el paso motorplex, took my camaro to run on the track for the first time and i was somewhat surprised from the results (NOTE: This times are from a extremely high DA so dont make fun of my times lol)

Left ME Camaro with LQ9 swap
(Cam, headers, and some othermods)

14.459 Time 15.133
100.89 Vehicle Speed 100.71
0.868 Reaction Time 0.489
No Redlight Yes
0.000 Bracket/Index 0.000
No Breakout No
2.404 60 foot ET 2.457

***Left ME Camaro LT1
(cam, headers, and some othermods forgot lol)

14.380 Time 14.621
99.86 Vehicle Speed 99.38
0.653 Reaction Time 0.732
No Redlight No
0.000 Bracket/Index 0.000
No Breakout No
2.193 60 foot ET 2.334

**Left ME Challanger Srt8
(lost the paper but ill ask the owner just remember the time)

14.634 Time 15.431

Left ME Raced Alone

14.329 Time 0
100.94 Vehicle Speed 0
0.729 Reaction Time 0
No Redlight No
0.000 Bracket/Index 0.000
No Breakout No
2.316 60 foot ET 0

**the race with the challanger was with my gf with me, and the challanger had his wife with him

***the race with the camaro lt1, was my friend driving and me on the passanger seat

As you see most cars run a second to a second and a half over the manufacture's stock times, since the DA is almost 6500 or something around that and the track preperation sucks

2.404 60' isn't track prep. Even if I blow the tires off at the start, I can still recover to a 1.7 from my usual 1.5's. What kind of tire are you on? Brand specifically.

You really don't have to do a huge John Force style burnout. Just enough to clean the tires off.

I've been a fan of using them that way. YMMV. It's still a drag radial, so you have to take it easy in the rain, and they are rock hard until you get some heat in them by driving a few blocks.

i would cry if my car ran those times, especially with those mods
i guess those high DA levels just make it suck

i recommend tires asap, to bring that 60ft down
mickey thompson et street radials are what i use, they suck in the rain
nitto 555r drag radials are cheaper, last longer, better in the rain, just dont hook as good

Yeah, the DA is killing it. Most stock LS1 cars out here run 13.7-14.3 depending on the driver. I have a cutout/GMMG with an auto and best was a 13.7 with an average of 13.9's
