Fixed...yea you have a point the shocks and spring are about to come off (although i love the look) i want to make way for more mods(LT) I have been thinking about a TQ converter but the car is a DD I do not know much about them yet and i dont want to break the 10 bolt yet lol

There Is zero doubt that a converter is THE mod.
I have never worried about my rear, if its going to break its going to break. I currently cut 1.50-1.52s barely spinning the tires over on my stock 80k+ rear with just a girdle.
I would look into getting some bmr springs, nice drop and can still run lts.

Was just double checking.
Since he considered used I am assuming he is also on a budget. I know the vast majority would scold for it. But if that is the case I would consider a non billet as well. I would feel more comfortable buying a new non billet name brand converter than a used or off brand/not so good name converter.

just giving Jon ****...he thinks the PT is worth the extra money cause it is better or he was told that...but I on the other hand have proven what a SS4000 can do...
1.291 60ft in a 3050 car...this year it will be 1.27-1.28...
oh yeah with a 9.8x with it...
Jon talks on theory, I believe in results...plus I like giving him **** cause the debate has gone on so long he will never agree now...
I enjoy our talks though , in all honesty they both are great converters...
pt4000 and ss4000

i just got back from the strip last weekend and was surprised, i am running high flow cats through a aftermarket y and a flow-master muffler. i ended up running a 13.6 in the 1/4, not bad i thought.. the car didn't even spin once i warmed up the tires a little bit.. i figured 14. maybe 14.2... guess i under underestimated the ls1 again..haha i had a blast beating all the mustang kids that have been revving up at me for month's...

Haha right when I started feeling real fast the next race just had to be that damn s/c corvette. Haha oh well, someday I'll get him. Any tips on what performance part I should put on? I live out in California so long tubes aren't an option. Maybe a ls6 intake? Not sure what would be the best bang for my buck.
