Default LT1 first time to the track

Hy guys,

I finaly went to the track yesterday, this is my best ET, sorry for the red light i was to eager:
R/T........-.084
60'........ 2.186
330.......6.081
1/8........9.310
mph.......76.26
1000......12.066
1/4........14.384
mph.......97.25

I was running Dunlop sp sport 8000= 255/50 zr16(street tires). my mods are in my sig, let me know what u think about it. I still have to replace my sparkplug got some tr55 ready to install.

Congrats on getting it to the track! The ET and mph are very stock looking. Any idea what the DA was? Ever had the car on a dyno?

I'll throw your mods down here so when this thread gets brought back up after you change yous sig, people know what the mods were

1994 z28 M6 with: summit kit rebuild-forged pistons-NSA 1.6 RR-SLP CAI- Edelbrock shorties- LS1 driveshaft- 3.90 rear end- Airfoil- EWP- MSD Opti- 160 Thermo- AIR, EGR, skipshift delete- GM Racing Express small tune- done every free mod I heard of!

^^2nded. That is what stock auto LT1s do.

R/T has nothing to do with the 1/4 time.

Get some drag radials to make the car 60 ft better, and I guarantee you'll hit some 13.90's. I've seen bone stock a4's hitting 13.8's with just a drag radial swap! Good luck on your next track outing and have fun.

Get a stall with them 3.90s! youll drop like anywhere from .4 to .6! aaah!

I am running shorty headers,I don't think you will gain a lot going to long tubes.

Before worrying about more mods I`d check it out and make sure there`s not an issue and the car is running 100%. Unless the DA was pretty high, it looks like you`re down on some power.

Do you know the da for that day? Seems kinda slow for a even a lt1 m6 car. I had a auto lt1 with the same mods that went 13.4's.

Uhm car seems to be running good. (or i think so) im goind to r/r the sparkplug and fuel filter. and try again< i was lauching the car @ 2500. Next race will be 30 july. I'm to try to at least get into 13 with those same tires.

Dammm 13.4 with the same mods...ok. The DA i dunno those type of info are not provided over here as far as i know.

you can go to dragtimes.com and use there da calculator listed under tools.. The da on my 13.4 for my old lt1 was like 500.
