Best time was a 9.16 at 79.2 mph horrible reaction and 60 ft was 2.1 it has edelbrock shorties cai and hypertech tune. Im not happy though. I want at least 8.9 what would be the cheapest mod for less buck. I looked up the rpo code and it has 273edelbrock gears so I found in summit racing 373 gears for 2less series carrier would this be a good buy? Would that alone put me where I want to be?

Pick up a complete rear end out of a 6 speed car. A 3.42 gear be a great swap. Also what kind of y pipe and cat bak you got

Stock y pipe I just put a "bullet cat" I got off of ebay on it. I was thinking bout the slp just don't have the money and guy at muffler shop wanted to put a single magnapack on my I pipe and then finish out my exhaust if course cutting off muffler behind axle which is still stock too

And when I still had my white lt1 there was a 3.42 complete rear end at pull apart and I skipped on it.....damn
