stock bottom 4.8 new record. took my junk yard bottom end 4.8 to the track for the first time tonight. from my searching and asking around i believe this is the new record for a 4.8 using all stock parts in the bottom end. car is running on pump gas with meth, daily driven full interior , leather seats , stereo ect true street car. tonight i was running 18 psi, i have had it as high as 19 on the street but felt that was pushing it so i turned it down a few days ago. i had a ls6 in the car last season and ran a best of 9.7 so this new pb makes me very happy.
