Default Bolt on 6 speed Camaro SS, 11.29 at 119

Made all these runs basically back to back to back from 5:52 till 7:36 when i was out of fuel. Never changed the tune for any of the runs. I was scared to mess with it cause everytime i changed it last time at the track it went slower. Major problems going into 4th, trans just want shift fast there anymore. Was unable to no lift shift at all but could still shift quick from 1-2 and 2-3. Da was -650 at 44-45 degrees or something like that for the best run.

Mods list: kooks 1-7/8, Ported fast102, nick williams 102 tb, fast toys 102 lid, speed density tune by me, ud pulley, gz motorsports vacuum pump, mwc 9 inch spool 4.11's, mwc lca's ph bar drag bar short torque arm, qa1 da rear shocks, front suspension is stock, bogart welded rt's, 26x11.50x15 et street bias ply's, 10 point wolfe cage, lingenfelter 2 step, gto t56, monster level 3 clutch, tick master, stock hurst shifter, weight reduction estimated 3250 raceweight, e85, blah blah blah.

Edit: Mwc spindles, lca's, uca's, and k-member, manual rack, energy suspension engine and trans mounts, viking da coil overs front and back, strange drag brakes front and back, RPM transmissions faceplated f-body t56 with stock gears and stock output shaft. Put a .025 inch thick heat shield from heat sheild products under the intake manifold. Moved the a/c condensor on the other side of the radiatior to fit the larger super sucker ram air.

run1: Had to let out at end of track, car got squirley, shifting slowly.
60ft: 1.5787
330ft: 4.6809
1/8et: 7.3314
1/8mph: 92.67
1/4et: 11.5628
1/4mph: 110.29

run2: Car spun hard off the line, not sure why, got in and out of it.
60ft: 1.7890
330ft: 5.0053
1/8et: 7.6477
1/8mph: 93.17
1/4et: 11.8171
1/4mph: 117.86

run3: Starting to get use to shifting faster with it since the trans sucks.
60ft: 1.5487
330ft: 4.6352
1/8et: 7.2479
1/8mph: 94.04
1/4et: 11.3918
1/4mph: 118.39

run4: Shifting barely faster from previous run.
60ft: 1.5532
330ft: 4.6193
1/8et: 7.2260
1/8mph: 94.36
1/4et: 11.3598
1/4mph: 118.61

run5: Going into 4th was slower i think causing it not et better
60ft: 1.5358
330ft: 4.6018
1/8et: 7.2226
1/8mph: 93.81
1/4et: 11.3685
1/4mph: 118.45

run 6: Great pass shifting was great but 4th was still really slow. But this was the best 1/4 et and mph
60ft: 1.5391
330ft: 4.5720
1/8et: 7.1703
1/8mph: 94.64
1/4et: 11.2928
1/4mph: 119.02

run 7: Probably would have been a little better run but the trans going into 4th was really slow. Best 1/8th mile ever and 330ft ever.
60ft: 1.5272
330ft: 4.5657
1/8et: 7.1684
1/8mph: 94.36

1/4et: 11.2981
1/4mph: 118.80

run8: Might have been this run or the one before when i raised limiter to 5500 from 5000. Also raised limiter again after changing to 5500 to 6000rpm for the next run. Ended up having a really hard time going into 4th gear and car is some what running out of fuel at this point.
60ft: 1.5260
330ft: 4.5937
1/8et: 7.2633
1/8mph: 91.67

1/8et: 7.2549
1/8mph: 92.76
1/4et: 11.4261
1/4mph: 118.08

Congrats on the times. Do you have any dyno numbers with the 102, 1-7/8, and e85?

Thanks guys, it made 372hp and 389tq with 24 degrees of timing using vp's ms109 as the fuel. I think the e85 would of made the same amount of power. This was with the fast 102. The 24 degrees of timing is all i had in it because a misfire when shifting issue. I forgot to go back to 28 degrees when i was on the dyno.

It ended up being the stock valve springs were worn out causing valve float. It would only misfire like that when i no lift shifted, the rpm's would rise to around 6800 even with the stock rev limiter set at 6400. All the valve springs on the intake valve side were weak, all the exhaust valve springs were fine except for one. I ordered a new set of stock springs and put in there.

damn 11.2XX that's impressive. Any other plans for the car? Do you think 10's are possible?

10's are possible, the car is just to heavy right now being 3250 raceweight. It still has stock brakes, a/c, and the all the front suspension is stock. Still stock hood also.

I don't plan on doing anything else to the car at the moment, saving money for a duramax. I do want to get the car to 60 ft better, I would like to get some da afco's for the front to maybe help that out but no time soon. Hopefully i can read up and learn about adjusting the suspension better. I am hoping to find more in the tune by reading plugs which i have not been doing. The car needs a good ram air setup, pretty sure there is a little bit of power to be gained there.

I didn't understand exactly where you set the limiter and what were your shift points? Good runs.

Two step was set at 5000 rpm till run 4, then runs 5 and 6 were at 5500, then runs 7-9 were at 6000. I Have the shift light set at 5700 but according to the log i ended up shifting at 5900. The stock rev limiter is set at 6400.

Lca's are in the bottom hole for sure and the torque arm is in the 2nd from top i think, my car has the eibach springs on it so the car sits a little lower. It hits the tires hard fairly hard like this as you can see in the video in my sig.

Looks like 6100 to 6200 on the log, i have my hand over the shiftlight/tach at the end of the track so it won't blind me lol, can't see it cause of that.

Good deal. Sounds like it is liking the higher rpm launch and shift points.I still think it will pick up some more shifting it around 6100 -6200. Front suspension would definitely help get your 60 ft in the 1.4's. Remember sometimes the best dyno power doesn't equate to the best track times. I would experiment with timing and fuel at the track until it quits picking up mph. You got it runniing good for sure.
