Having trouble with low 11s cam only??

seat time and tweaking the set up will get ya there. not everyone bolts parts on they're car and runs stellar times right off the bat. 1.62 60ft is pretty soft for a 4200 stall. should be able to hit 1.4x range with the correct setup. mph does seem low, but without da numbers its hard tellin. the stock ls1 intake was not helpin your trap thats for sure.

If I were you I wouldn't head out to the track til the ambient temps get consistently above 70* during the day. I tried last week at thunder valley and couldn't hook a stockish HP car on nitto DRs due to cold track and mediocre prep.
With the power your car makes, you should be able to hook with some aftermarket LCAs - if it's lowered - LCA relocation brackets will help. A 1.6 60' isnt bad for that track, I always complained deadhooking and cutting 1.7s on previous cars lol. Your car sounds like it gets out ok, maybe just need to play with tire PSI and go on a good night.
Pulling the air filter is good for .1et/1mph, try and get a chrs1313 ram air or fab up a ram air setup - that'll help it pick up another couple mph. With the mods/weight, I'd think you'd be around 11.50-11.70 @ 114-117mph (depending on how efficient that converter is) with a 1.7 or better 60'.

Who ported the heads? Was it someone well versed in LS heads and did they do a valve job?
Are you sure it's not spinning? If your stall is high as you say you should be leaving much harder. Are you sure what it weighs as you race it with you in it because 3200 with driver sounds light?
Also what is the tune like? Was it tuned again with the ls6 intake? Are you getting spark retard (simply running shitty gas can drop my car 5mph+)?
Have you done a compression test? Fuel pressure? Plugs & wires?
So far no one has much to go on. It could be a couple dozen things or a combination of them all. There is a lot more to running times than bolting on some parts and mashing the gas.

I'll do a compression test this weekend and see what each cylinder is at and check filter also but no I haven't been tuned for the ls6 yet or 9 inch with the taller tires heads are more polished then ported just dremel polished and ported barely da was about 1800 with 80% humidity

Are you sure the trans isn't slipping? Losing 40rwhp is severe. Either there is an issue with the dyno calibration/weather versus your last dyno or something is wrong. (like slipping trans or down a cylinder wrong)
The ls6 intake and 9in should have about evened each other out as far as loss/versus gain but I would have still expected a 5rwhp+ gain.
Post the graphs. Any signs of valve float? Cam could be going flat from the lifters bouncing.

From about 30 mph if I let off throttle it feels like a Missfire almost someone told me converter shutter ? But ive replaced all plugs and still does it. Could it be clogged fuel filter ? Hell damn thing has 145,000 miles

Sounds like you need to start with basic maintenance and diagnostics of the car.
Fuel filter, rear oil, trans fluid, check for spark on all cylinders (plug could be cracked on install), air filter, etc. Might even clean the injectors. Were o2 sensors replaced?
Then compression, leakdown, scan for trans slip, spark retard, air/fuel spikes when it stumbles, etc.
