Default 350 rwhp LT1 on street tires

This weekend I took my car to the strip for the first time since I got it functioning at 100%. Ambient was about 95*, elevation was 1100ft. Last time I ran it here in 2009 I was using a PCMforless tune and got 13.6 @ 106.

My tires hooked better than I thought they would and when I launched at about 2500rpm they grabbed right away and bogged a little.

They're BFG gforce KDW's 275/40/17 @ 35 psi. No weight reduction in the car, even had the spare tire in the trunk.

I REALLY wanted a 12.9. Probably would've gotten it if I hadn't left before it cooled off. But I'll take the 13.18 for now.

Clean up the launch and you will be in the 12's no problem. Plenty of power there.

My car traps 110 in the quarter runs 12.1 with a 1.58 60 and 7.65 in the eighth at 88. If you can cut a good 60 foot youd be low 12s

Seat time will get you way into the 12's. Those are street tires that you are running, they suck for drag racing. Get yourself another set of rims and then get some good drag radials or Hoosier QTP's.
