First passes since upgrades
12.30's mods in signature. Highest mph 112 lowest 110, fairly consistent mid 30's and fairly consistant 111 mph. Car is heavy, just south of 4000, jack and a couple chairs in the trunk, drove 400 miles round trip to and from the track. Avg mpg was around 17. 60' was dead hook mid 1.8x. I'm thinking my times should be a little closer to 12.0/11.9 range if I can get the car to move out of the hole.. It feels lazy at the track. Tried loaded and unloaded suspension. Thoughts?

I think your posts info may have answered your own questions...
your heavy enough with the vert and cage , pull the chairs , jack ,etc out of it - your adding insult to injury in regards to weight.
there is a sense of accomplishment with driving to the track and back a long distance and running good times but having a heat soaked car will always run slower than if its not heat soaked - if you don't want to trailer it there at least get there early enough to pop the hood pointed into the breeze for an hour or 2 even if it means waiting to get in the staging lanes , the car will run quicker , make a pass or 2 then repeat hood up cooled off and make a couple more passes before the track closes.
quality over quantity if your chasing PB/et's
I am always on a budget that requires I stick to bolt ons on cheap high miles cars so I have to pay attention to the details to run well , 2 of my bolt on cars have been 11.9 &12.1 @111/112 so yes your current trap says you should be where you think 11.9/12.0 but proper cool downs , taking the extra junk out of your car , 1/4 tank of fuel , and all the other details (too many to list without hogging up your post) and you will quickly be in the 11's at closer to 115 which will be pretty good for your weight penalty.

Have you tried to stage at say 1000 and going WOT on the last yellow flashing the converter ?
I get my best 60's that way.....but that may change with my new converter ?

I'm running 241's that are cnc but with stock valves and no chamber work. Also the 9" is zapping some power. But yea I would thinks 11's with this combo should be real attainable. I think I'm gonna start by ditching the front sway bar, and changing to a more drag oriented shock setup. Oh and nitrous, lots of nitrous lol.

Im believe my friends car that I mentioned cuts 1.5x 60 ft times.
if you could get yours in that range it could potentially knock .6 off your current 1/4 time. Giving that your car is pulling properly on the back half.
