I would assume it's an A4 based on the 3.23 gears. If you are on (edit, he said ET's ) stock tune and summer weather that may not be all that bad.

You're only cuttin 2.0 60' and you're on ET Streets.. How are you launching? Are you getting the tires good and heated?

I went 12.70 with the following:

Hooker Long Tubes
Dual Cutouts (open)
MTI Clear Lid
Spohn LCAs w/Relocation Brackets
Spohn Panhard Bar
Hoosier Quick Time Pros at 20 PSI on 16x8 salad shooters.

Launched at about 5k, clutch slipped and I had a really bad 2-3 shift. This was in 90+ degree weather and very humid.

Your times probably have a lot to do with the fact it's an auto. Slap a Torque Converter and shift kit on there and you should drop .5 off that time easy.

you really need a stall to take advantage of the etstreets
a pair of nittos would work better for you
are you boggin off the line?

You might want to invest in some suspension mods. i have the same problem as you as I can see by your 60ft of 2.056. I have similar mods and the best 60ft I ever cut was a 1.96 once or twice.

the car is an a4 The car is hooking hard outa the hole. The biggest problem is the converter will only let me leave at 1200rpms. it was 70 out but ,my truck look like someone gave it a batch it was so wet from the dew. did this affect it

I just realized you stated the ET streets. You are bogging bad off the line I am sure. ET streets are too much tire for your car. Near stock power levels on a stock converter with 2.73's means you WANT a little bit of tire spin to get the revs up and keep from bogging off the line. Get a 3500+ converter and that will all change.

with an auto the best mod you can do for your ET is a stall. period. stall it and make sure u can hook(which you've already taken care of). then you should see the times u are looking for(or better).

Definately get a torque converter.....my car went 12.6 with.....MTI lid, Flowmaster muffler with stock piping, and a midwest stall...and that is with 2.73 gears....

Agreed on the stall.. I was the guy who was there with Jacob when he bought the car.. Nice ride If et streets are the only good hooking tire you got, you can use them, but I suggest putting them at full pressure.. 20lbs+

I also second ET streets being to much tire for your car. What size were they? With a stall I ran 12.06 with a 1.58 60 ft on Nittos, I went to a 26X10.50 ET street and ran 12.2 with a 1.7x 60ft. I am thinking that the 3:23's with a stock internal just are not strong enough to pull it outta the hole. I just put in 3:73's and will try the ET streets angain, but I stayed with Nitto D/R on my 3:23 rear, even with a 4200 stall TC. Get a 4000+ stall TC and you'll see mid 12's easy :-)

60ft time and ET Streets are killing you. You don't need slicks for a car with headers and exhaust. You should be pulling at least a 1.9
