Default New PB 10.22@139.75mph Monaro

Well finally cracked a solid 10 in my street driven Monaro here in Australia , this makes it the fastest and quickest LS1 presently in the country.

You can checkout the buildup from a 12sec streeter to the 10 sec time on my website here Project Monaro , look under Project Monaro

Nice run.

Can't understand your dyno sheets. What would that convert to in HP/TQ.

Congrats

David

On a Dyno Dynamics dyno it makes 607 rw hp through the A4 , that is a full load cell dyno , on a dynojet like is used in the US it makes 677 hp at the treads

Car was run in full street trim , only thing we did was drop the big brakes off and fit the slicks and front runners ( brakes wont fit under the smaller wheels). Full street exhaust system was used and it is as it is driven every day on the street.

Andra decided it was time for us to go home after a couple of passes as it now needs a cage, chute and full harness but unfortunately it is illegal to have a street car in WA with a cage so it wont be back at the track again.

Time slip and Dyno graph here http://chipmaster.com.au/Project%20Monaro8.htm

Video of the run is here
10.22 drag pass

It is a SQP 383 , with a 226 cam , 4L60E that has had some serious work done , std factory stall, 3.7 gears with factory LSD ,whipple starr charger running @ 10lb , full build up can be seen at www.chipmaster.com.au , look under project monaro

60' was a little slow since I am running a std stall and street gears - would have loved to have tried it with some more diff gear and a stall.

Thing is absolutely awesome on the street though.

I will take some pics of the engine and post em up
