Default low trap speed...

I have a '01 WS6 cam and bolt on car with a 150 shot. Last night it went 11.5 at 114 with a 7.5 1/8th and 1.65 60ft. Im running a fuddle 3800 stall with a moser 12-bolt with 3.73's. What is the cause of the low trap speed? I used to trap in the mid to low 120 range with my 6-speed. Anybody have any input on this?? Im new and ignorant to this automatic thing.

What transmission you running? What did you change from the 120mph trap speeds to the 114mph trap speed?

Its a built 4l60E. And i wish you wouldnt of asked what i changed because it was a M6 to A4 swap so everything! Im thinking my convertor may be kicking out on me. Could this be a suspect of a low trap?

What size converter/ company. Is it slipping? Your converter will rob HP and multiply torque. Your trap speed will drop a bit with a larger converter. When you drop your 60' your mph will drop.

Its a 3800 fuddle convertor. Im thinking its trash because it slips through lockout driving down the hiway too.

I'd call fuddle up and run this by them. I have a TCI and they took care of me until i had mine figured out. Its probably your converter or trans slipping thats why your mph is down.

I dont wanna tell you which company to use... But i would call TCI and ask them first... I purchased a 10in custom converter and still havnt found the right setup... Yanked the transmission out 3 times and sent the converter back... They took care of me everytime and worked with me to find what im looking for... Absolutely phenominal customer service...

What was your 60' before with the 6 speed? 60' with the auto? Are you running quicker ETs?

11.5 with cam and 150 shot though?

Its the convertor im having same problem......My H/C car made 413 rwhp "locked" but with a 1.7 60' and hammering all the way i went a blistering 111 mph.... Tell me how i can make that power and not trap at least 115 or more on motor????? and I know my tune is right on and my driving is fine......like after i leave pretty hard the car just does not pull like it should.....never has since day one of the Fuddle....thinkin bought a Vig REAL hard right now......

Are you sure the N20 is hitting? Can you feel it hit? I am thinking that thoes times could be all motor. i would check your N20 setup. Maybe a line was cut during the swap.
