Default What can I run with these mods in the 1/8

Well hopefully I'll have my car back this coming weekend. Heres what it will have. Performabuilt Level 2 with their 3500 stall. Pacesetters, TSP True Duals, Fast 90/90, Lid and a tune. The car ran 8.20's in the 1/8 at around 84mph before with only a TCI 3000. I know I need some suspension work. At a minimum probably boxed lowers but will probably take it to the track before I do those. I'll most likely have some ET Streets on it for the track. Car is geared 3.23. So give me some ideas on what times I should be looking at with those mods. Car is 1998 Z28. Thanks.

Yeh I'm hoping for 7.80's. I'd be disappointed if it only picked up 2 tenths after all the mods since the 8.20's. How much does one usually pick up from a cam install also? I might do a cam later this year or wait until next year. Don't really know at this point. Thanks.

88mph would be nice. 90mph would sure be better. What mods do you have? PM me if you don't wanna say on here. Thanks.

If it is'nt wheel-hop city, then I'd agree with above. 7.80-8.00 @ 86-88.

Also, dropping .2 is'nt easy to do in the 1/8mi. That equals to a little over .3 in the 1/4mi.

Good luck.

Yeh I really need them boxed lowers. They help a ton with wheel hop.

I'd say you will definitely be in the 7's no doubt. If traction is with you on that day.
