Thanks John. I swear I am going to stop by one of these nights. Work has been crazy busy latley and by the time I get home, you're probably already gone from the shop. I'll be by soon.

Wow, very consistent. Everytime I see your car on the site I think about how behind I am on getting some weight pulled out of it and suspension on it!

Oh and tell the wife to not push the record button until after the lights come on at the end of the track

No biggie. I picked up a contract in Itasca. I've been working 9am to 8pm to avoid traffic. Will be picking up old heads fri from Pro-tech, or I should say, hope to pick up fri. Then the 557" will go together. Hope to be out in Jun. But everyone knows how that goes. Might be at div race, buddy is running S/C, and we might go help out.

I'm sure a run in will happen one of these days. Especially if we test at 41, it's hard to miss my car, or me bitching at denny.

Sounds good man. I am trying to get Denny to let us T&T on a pro tree. That way I can practice for NMCA next month.

I'm going to run the pinks all out in Bristol if I still have the car, closer and a lot of local guys going so it should be fun. But if the weather in Joliet looks good and it looks crappy in Bristol I may run the NMCA thing.

Cool, let me know. I was supposed to be doing Pinks "All Out" in August at Kansas City, but some people were saying it is not going to be an "All Out" race anymore. I might just stick to the bracket racing here locally, and then do the Joliet & Memphis NMCA races.

Matt -your best 60ft,you went 111mph my bozo computer shows a best et of11.80 at that mph, your only 2/10 off.Not bad at all. When Chris ran his 11.72 at 115 he was 3/10 off his best.DA was a lot lower thats why his mph was higher. You might want to go with a REAL BIG gear and 28 inch tall MT drag radials for a better 60 and higher mph.

Yeah I think the E.T. and MPH are off due to the DA, or maybe I am losing power somewhere. I am probably going to go with a 4.10 and a 28" MT Drag Radial (275/60/15).

When I was a regular at 41 they would let me run Pro Tree so I could practice for S/G. I've only gone 3 times since denny took over & he was such a dick, (rude, cocky, insulting, lying, know it all, braggart) we never went back, and my little group of buddies from Mokena won't go back either. Maybe if you get a couple of friends to all run P/T together they will take the 8 seconds to change the computer for you.

I agree. I will be making it out to 41 within the next few weeks. I have a few things I need to take off the car to lighten it up. It is 3170 right now with 5 gallons of gas in it.

I love my Glasstek hood. It fits rather well for a pin-on. I just took off the power steering today. That should be good for a few pounds. Next is lightweight carpet and removing the front bumper support.

just remove the sound deading i think mine weighed around 18-20lbs or so with it removed...unless you are going with the oxite stuff, just looks so much nicer with the stock carpet...
