I made 447rwhp/402rwtq with a unlocked converter on a Mustang dyno with 200 miles on the motor. Car should probably dyno in the 460-470rwhp range with the new mods and the rings and bearings seated and set. I have not had good luck at the track this year with bad timing and trying to figure out what the car wants, suspension wise. This motor was setup by me and a buddy in my garage that was designed to run nitrous Car weighed 3600lbs. the last time at a scale and should be a tad heavier with some suspension changes.

10.97@122.22 1.45 60ft. NA

My '02 WS6 A4 didn't make 420rwhp, but i wanted to post what was done to it since it was pretty quick on the street and held it's own at the track. First off i had a stock 10 bolt w/3.23's. I had my stock 241 heads only pocket ported. The intake runners still had the rocker boss bump. The exhaust ports where mildly ported too. I used TR-55 plugs, Comp. 216/220 .525/.532 114+2 cam. FLP headers, Borla CB. Ported TB, descreened MAF, 180 stat, Vig.3600 converter, SLP lid and Holley air filter. I got a best of an 11.78 @ 116.09 mph N/A. I tuned it on the street with LS1Edit/AutoTap. I wish i would have tuned it on the dyno just to see how much more i could have squeezed out of it. But it idled perfect with no surging, bucking, or stalling at all.
Then i threw on a TNT F1 kit. I only wanted to run a 125hp shot but the kit didn't have jets for 125hp. Only 100hp and 150hp. So i just took the numbers off the 100 and 150 jets and split the difference. I figured that would get me in the 125hp range..lol. So i retuned the car by pulling out a few degrees of timing, running it a little on the rich side and installed Tr6's. I used a NX TPS electronic switch to trigger the nitrous kit. It was tricky to adjust that thing. It had an adjustment screw on the side. I got it to trigger the N2O just right when the car was cold and sitting in the garage, but once the underhood temps rised the switch triggered the N2O very late, and made it unpredictable. It made the N2O kit kick on at . So the car was leaving soft. But it did run a 10.92 @ 127.71 mph on the 125hp jets. Sorry for the long post. I guess it shows that i miss the car just a little..lol. The thing i wanted to point out is even Comps. old style small cams are very good.

Wow this thread was made for my car lol. I made 441rwhp and 408rwtq on a dynojet with about 200 miles on a fresh LS2 shortblock with my converter locked. The car weighs 3710lbs with me in it and ran a best of 11.30 at 119.5mph last year, 1.53 60'

Yeah I ran it after that pass as well but the 10 bolt was toast, came off the line in a one wheel peel every time but it did trap 121mph in cooler weather. Should go 10s this year with the same amount of power.

Since I am not to far from you I was wondering what dyno you used? Out in your area there are several places, just wondering.

Thanks,
