whats the fastest bone stock times anyones ran?? my buddys 01 ss a4 with a lid and plug wires ran a 8.36 in a 1/8th.. just wondering how many factory freaks are out there.. cuz this is faster than what my 98 ss with full intake, and gears ran.. but mine was also m6 if that makes that much of a diff...

 

I think V6 bird has gone 7.9 1/8 with a lid and cutout?

 

My M6 98 will only run about an 8.6

I haven't been there yet, but I also haven't cut a sub 2 60'

 

a v6??? dunno about that.. all he has is a lid and exhaust cut off on his and it ran a 8.36.. my 98 ss ran 8.61 with the mods in sig.. (not the z28 but the ss)

i have seen a 6 speed on drag radials go 12.60's

 

my auto went 12.90's with a lid and cutout and my old 6 speed went 13.1's stock with a bad sixty foot( def 12's in it stock with better tires)

 

huh?? anyway.. i was trying to get an idea of what a bone stock f-body would run or with minimal mods like his.. when i ran my ss it was at night and i had some shatty sumitomo tires on there that never hooked at all.. so that could be the differance.. his hooked pretty much everytime because the sun was out and the track was in pretty good condition on the side he ran on every time..

 

Here is my best... absolutely bone stock. 2001 Z28 M6.

 

13.1@109, bone stock 02 ss m6, with eagle f1's and 2.0 60ft.

LOL, thats just/was his screen name,he has a 01 formula A4 that went eventually 6.3 on a 150 dry hit and still stock block!

 

I know of an 01 SS M6 that went 12.88 stock

 

Your trap is nice I trapped 107 bonestock Wish i had my slip.....with a trap like that you should be 12's no problem.

 

my best bone stock with kumho street tires was a 13.1?? @ 100mph with a 1.9 60 foot can't remember the 1/8th it was years ago

Thanks..I just need to get a 2.0 60ft and some perfect air... I am actually on some new tires this year so I hope to see a little better 60ft... (tires are factory spec just not near bald like the factory tires were).
