I don't know about faster than the ARE car.He is putting a stout ride together,surpassing a 8.54 is a tall order.What is that old racer saying coulda,woulda,shoulda but did'nt.The next couple months should be interesting.I think my car will suprise a few people also.

i think PAIN's car should be pretty close to the are car, hell...i heard it put down like 650NA...and that's on a nitrous motor. hell, that's insane. if i make 650 with my new motor with a 200 shot i'll be happy.

Madman I see u left the upper part of the stock panhard bar in?Is this important,I took mine out as it was weight that I didnt want it my car.But if u think its something I should put back in then it'll go back in

Oh and I was at the E-Town event a while back.
I had the quickest LS1 there that day,PSJ was totally impressed with it..11.60 on the brakes at almost full weight.That was a WHILE ago and now an 11.60 isnt too impressive but I'm now on the verge of hight 10's with alittle more tweeking.

Any help?

The post got deleted after I questioned this. I don't think my eyes are playing a trick on me. But take a look at the Panhard Rod bar frame mount. You can clearly see some welds on it. You can also clearly see that it has been shortned. Why would this need to be done unless the frame has been moved??

I may be wrong, but it looks as though the upper panhard rod was relocated/shortened to make room for that monster drag-only sway bar set up above the rearend.
Is that right?

I would love to see these two controversial cars compete in a headsup race.

I think some of the suspension items found on Wade's car would be a fair trade off considering the fact that this class is so off balance when it comes to loose rules. Some cars are running aftermarket blocks and heads or suspension mounting points are relocked either with the torq arm or shocks what ever the case may be, in all reality both cars are working the rules to there advantage but the question is who is wright and who is wrong? I guess it depends on who's side you take not to mention who the individual is that is putting the race on.

Why not just comply with sanctioned rules established each year by IHRA,NSCA,NHRA or whom ever's rules fit the majority of car's, at least then you open the door to bigger and better possible turn out of car's for the race not to mention bigger purses. Don't get me wrong do what you want but when a race starts to favor one individual's car then what kind of race is that? Just keep the rules uniform for everyone and stay consistant for every detail. Just a thought.
