Default what is faster in the 1/4 mile - a STOCK C5 Or a STOCK SS?

i was wondering which car is faster (1/4 mile - et)

a frc C5 Corvette or a Camaro SS - both cars would be 100% stock with the same driver

which is a overall better car stock for stock and which would you take?

Thanks

M6 tranny... I say the C5 all day long.

With a Auto SS 3.23 gear and Auto C5 with 2.73 gear....
That is a close race ...
STOCK TO STOCK in this race I give a slight edge to the SS

My stock SS with a street tune and some old dr's went 13.28 @ 104.67 and I left a couple tenths on the track because my 60 ft was 2.12. With an experienced driver I think I could have had it under 13, but it was my first time ever at the track.

So you can use that to compare to a stock C5.

If you're talking just FRC to an SS, then I'd say Vette. FRCs are very light and all came with 6spds. I like my Camaro; but would rather have an FRC.

I take the A-Team Vandura van F T W!!

As for cars, a FRC is a light car and given nothing else is done, the lighter car making the same power, even that gearing diff shouldnt factor in that much. C5 wins!

Frc's are sick. I would definatly get one, and it would be faster in the 1/4.
