got my new tci ssf 3500 to the track today. I made 2 passes on a 112 dry shot (25 shot out of the hole 87 on the window switch) that were 11.83x my best 60' was a 1.644 this is on 245 nitto's new best on the juice was 60' 1.656 330' 4.838 1/8 7.521 91.44 1000' 9.858 1/4 11.831 114.27 going to need some more tire if im going to get anything else out of the car had a number of runs where i spun wildly. I need more spray out of the hole Cut a .1785 60' on motor new best N/A was 1.794 60' 5.525 330' 8.161 84.84-1/8 10.663 1000' 12.791 105.68 1/4 this is a full 8 tenth off my old best N/A time what a difference the converter made.

Nice, I also cut a 1.64 last weekend on a 245 Nitto. I know I could have come out harder, but the track was closing and didn't run again.

with 3.23's i cut a 1.58 on 245/50/16 inch nittos stock internall

some have been 1.56's

but on a well prepped track you can cut 1.5's on nittos. Congrats!! Now go cut some 1.5's in that sucker

 

wow that is a great 60'! i love it how so many people think it is impossible to hook well with just 2.73 gearing but hey, it hits the tires less. it just takes a little more ability and practice.

and rob, did i hear you say something about naws?????? i might hit the bottle this winter too

 

2.73s rule! I like getting 28mpg on the highway.
I've cut 1.74 60ft best so far, I'm hoping to better that this weekend.
