The car is pretty straight forward full wieght car with P1SC [8psi], forged 346, TH-400 w/ 3800 stall, Moser 12 bolt[3.73's] running on Prostars with 27x11.5 Hoosier QTP's

Id runs some calculators to determine converter slippage, its not a large stall but the converter maybe bad. The MPH seems to be on par with the gear calulator in the gears section.
Do a google search
for a Converter Slippage Calulator and its pretty facinating. I think you want idealy 9% slip, any more is considered excessive. The Best V8 Stories One Small Block at Time
Check and see how much it will cost you to send back your convertor and have it tightened up. Usually you can have this done for around $200. Atleast with ATI you can.
