i have seen them before.. just never sat in or felt the weight..

im not too worried about the looks of them really.. car is nearing a drag car status, and i have 5% tint.. so no one will really see them, and if they do.. i dont care..

i can get both for cheaper than i can get one kirkey..

just wanting to know mainly how lite they are, comfortable, or anything like that..

thanks for input of course though!!!

it looks like in the pics that they look better without the covers than with the covers, any truth?

do you know what they weigh?

outright weight, compared to kirkeys, compared to stock..

just wanting to know if its a good deal, or i should go with kirkeys.. mainly depending on the weight..

thanks a lot!

I cant give you a specific weight, but I would say the kirkey actually weights more. I used to have the plastic ones in my jeep, and they didn't weight ****. But those seats also were pretty uncomfortable. I dreaded driving over 20-30 miles at a time. I would spend the money and get kirkeys.

And i liked my plastic seats without covers. Easier to clean mud off

I don't have the jegs ones, but I have a set similar in my BBC camaro, and they are not too bad. They look ALOT better WITH covers, and are alot more comfortable with the covers on.

yea, nobody seems to know the weight.. haha.. thats good if the kirks weigh more..

im not really worried about driving over 20-30 miles.. i rarely drive that far.. work is about 15 miles away, and other than that my town is relatively small.. i dont have a car that you exactly take on a road trip.. so the seats arent going to make it that much worse..

hmmmm, i might get the covers then.. just in the pics the covers looked like ****.. i could always just put some extra padding on my booty..

For drag cars they are not all that bad. For a D/D street car, I'd stay with the stockers.

I've had mine for 4 years. No problems. I have the cover. Doesn't look all that bad and comfortable (1/4 mile at a time and only occasionally on the street).

Chances are you will have to make one. One of our sponsors makes a bolt in bracket for the kirkys, in the stock seat locations, but I have not seen one for any other seats.
