there is a thread ive brought back from the archives where the 2 ss brothers removed un-needed wiring and also threw out the BCM and kept basic functions like interior lights and such
anyone have directions on this?
how to disable VATS?

This is not feasible to do on a car that needs to remain street driven. All electrical accessories run through the BCM. Hazards, blinkers, park lights, power windows, and locks will not work. You will probably add more weight to the car to get your power windows and locks to work after removing it. The BCM is very light compared to all the individual components it replaced.
