Default Weight difference between stock 17's and pro stars?

I am curious how much weight I am going to save going from my stock 17 inch WS6 wheels to a set of 15x3.5 and 15x8 pro stars. Any input is appreciated

Thanks

You'll save A LOT...and depending on tire choice you could save even more yet.
And it's not just overall weight (especially off the nose with skinnies) but it's a savings in rotating mass and unsprung weight, all good things when going fast in a straight line.

Rough guess.. 150lbs total.

Stock rims and tires average about ~50lbs a piece. Welds come in at about 30lbs.

If you don't already have rims, checkout some Bogarts: http://www.sjmmanufacturing.homestead.com/
