Default Help! MAP Sensor getting clogged with fuel!

I went out for my second TNT this year last night, and heard a sound that was horrifying - the motor was detonating when I was trying to stall to 3000 off the line. I got off the gas, backed the car out of the lanes, and never made the first pass.

We went back to the pit area and pulled the MAP sensor, since we recently had issues with this recently during tuning, and had just bought a new one for $100. We believe the MAP sensor is going crazy, not reading right, therefore dumping too much fuel, so we took it out, blew the fuel/crap out of it, put it back in and it worked fine the rest of the night. The rest of the night the A/F meter read 13-13.5.

But how should I remedy the issue permanently? Change the tune a little and make it leaner? Carry around extra MAP sensors with me? Hopefully someone has had this issue before. Thanks for the help.
