I was hoping to beat my best time yesterday @ the track but it didn't work out. But I was happy to see my first pass was a 11.66@ 116 with the 150 jets and then on the second pass it spun, I let out of the gas and the solenoid stuck open a slight bit and popped and blew my maf to smitherins. I went back and changed to the old smaller solenoid, the 100 jets and borrowed a maf from a freind trying to make it to the next round of eliminations.
The next pass was a 11.64 @ 115 with a 1.68 short time and a 7.46 @ 92 in the 1/8.
It was a new best for me on street tires though and I did end up winning 100 bucks for the runner up position in the real street class(which was won by a 434, 2 stage nitrous motored s10 with a 4-linked suspension and what looked to be a 10 inch or so BFG drag radial) ohhh not to mention the truck ran 9.60's on drag radials!!!!!!!!!!!
But I guess its all in the sport!
Anyone wanna donate a stock maf?
