This is really a twin to our car James, except lsX powered...
Madman, when you make the "Trunk pan" straight across like that, what do you do with the stock piece thats underneath it? Just cut it out?

^ I'm pretty sure they cut the whole thing out along with the rest of the rear spare tire area on both sides.

Yes it is all cut out... probably a good 20 lbs of metal being removed there even after putting in the replacment panel.

Madman did you happen to weigh what you cut off?

Everything we cut off has been weighed. You remember me stating "Attention to detail". Well it pays off.

Absolutely, I remember 100%

Everything counts, quality has to be built into everything not an afterthought, and every little bit helps, I know this all too well.

Probably one of those things where.... "if you have to ask you can't afford it."

I would also like to know for curiosity's sake.

The completed roller will be around $55,000.00. The new Burkhart chromoly rear is on the way. And all the front suspension should be installed soon.

Any reason why you all do not mount the front shocks upside down from the pictures and reduce the unsprung mass?
