noo!!!!!

its your, car so whatever makes you happy. I wish I had 4.56 or 4.88s, would be ideal. 4.30s on 28s 80mph is only like 2100rpms. I just put the LPE 2step, and my 275 DR was dead hooking @6K for a 1.61 and bogging. lol I need some more seat time, but its really easy. I dove the car like 200miles with weekend to a state park, same wheels. if you get 28 slicks, go to 28 street wheels too. I know the local "I just what to go fast" guys with 3sps can't really cruise around anymore there buzzing at 4K just to go 75mph. you know both sides of this deal

BTW if you do end up going with a th400 let me know. I have a local shop who is known for building 400s and he does it on the cheap! Built the one in my car and it works fantastic (<1000 with an electronic VSS built in and with a transbrake).
will do i may be heading out there soon always good track prep and clean track

ya that one time. clutch dosnt slip at all so it boggs the motor if I dont spin. I just have to do fast slips, like I did last year on street tires when I was SI/ 340whp. I just kinda forgot about doing it, and just getting seat time using the 2step.

waiting to see the vids for some locals, I'll learn a lot more. but still think I should go 10's on the drag wheels. Car was 3360 with me now all back together last week.

Good deal for sure you are 110 pounds lighter then my junk with me in the car. I am on a fast slip as well. The 2step and dump = hook front wheels a foot off the ground then it just falls as fast as it went up and bog. but i will work with it some more

Midnight mayhem is real hit or miss... one time you go up and you can get 6 or 7 runs in... another time you can get like 1 or 2 unless you make the fastest four at the end (shootout, but if you don't have a bottom 9 second car don't bother on that). The money races probably won't happen a ton because its normally a lot younger crowd. However, lots of good eye candy up there .

I plan on going up and running the test and tune that runs before Midnight Mayhem and then maybe making one or two runs in midnight mayhem. If I have a chance at the fastest four on bottle I'll give it a shot to say I made it.

After numerous hydraulic issues 4 clutches I was fed up and went A4 and I do not regret it at all. I even had a RPM stage 5 M6 with a textralia clutch and I am a pretty good driver with a manual car. I don't have to worry about miss shifts or inconsistant runs. I 60' better as well.

I am yet another on the verge of swapping -

Just recieved my LPE launch controller, so hopefully that helps. I love the instant torque you get from the M6 when at a roll, but launching is an art that I am beginning to think I will never master...
