Default Need advice about my new tune

I recently had my car tuned by Wait4MePerformance and did not notice a gain at the track. I have ran consistent 8.00 at 85mph, and could only muster a 8.20 at 84 last night. The car seems to shift much smoother, but seems a little doggy off the line. My 60' times are 1.8 and I used to run 1.7s. The tune is for 3.73 gears, but I do not have them installed yet. This could be the reason why my times are slower. Also I ran the codes when I got back from the track, and I had a bad o2 sensor. Wasnt sure if a tune is noticeable at the track? I was actually spinning a little off the line when I ran the 8.00, but last night I dead hooked. I do not understand this. I guess a little spin off the line is good?

Between the bad o2 sensor, and being tuned for a different gearing, thats the reason you didnt notice any gain..I would think the shift points would be different for the 3:73's, therefore you wouldn't be shifting in your optimal RPM like you should be. And the bad o2 sensor will throw off performance as well.

Thats what I figured too. My car is definately short shifting. I fixed the o2 sensor. The weather was great.
