Default 28x11.5x16 ET Streets

Im thinking about trying a set of these out, Ive been using this tire on a 15in rim and was getting consistant 1.60s spinnin and getting wheel hop, but now ive got alot more suspension. What kind of 60ft times have people pulled on these in a 6spd preferably.

I have used the 26x11.5x16 et streets and 275x40x17 dr's on my car. I liked the dr's better.

I know you said 28's but figured it couldn't hurt.

I cut a 1.66 60' with those tires in my truck. As a matter of fact they are for sell. I have about 15 passes on them. Plenty of tire left. I'll take $100 plus shipping if your interested. PM me.

I've been running 28x11.5x16 Hoosier Quick Time Pro DOT tires on my GTA for several seasons now and go through about two sets a season. I've had good luck with them and like them better than the M/T ET Street I used to run in the 26x11.5x16 and 27x10.5x16 sizes. All tires have been run on stock 16x8 GTA crosslace wheels. I've found the Hoosier to be more consistant over the life of the tire and they done seem to leak air like the M/T do halfway through their lifecycle. I know my GTA is different than your car being a V6 automatic but my best 60fts have been 1.48 on the 26x11.5 M/T, 1.52 on the 27x10.5 M/T (coulda been better, I only ran one set in this size in the heat of summer), and 1.47 on the 28x11.5 Hoosiers

Hope that helps,

I recently acquired a set of 28/11.5/16 QTP's, haven't made it to the track with them yet, I'll post my results with in a week or 2.
