Shoulds spool and 4.56's help 60 ft
I went from a true trac w. 4.11's and a 26 in tire cutting 1.56's at best to a full spool w. 4.56's , i plan on running a 28 in tire, with the gears a spool, should i be xpecting better 60 ft's or am i going to be disappointed?

Unless there was something wrong with your true-trac, I don't think a spool is going to do anything.
The lower gears and larger diameter tire will almost always help with traction as long as the lower gears doesn't hurt your topend through the traps (ie push your rpm too high). The taller tire should counter that issue though.

Don't forget the 4.56 gears may make it harder to hook up ( depending on how your launching). I tried 4.30's with my manual and it started spinning the tire in the rim. Went back to 4.10's.

If you're not willing to screw the tires to the rims, then you shouldn't even bother trying to go fast. Period. I don't care what rims you have on the car, or what you paid for them.
If the tire is slipping on the rim it is a safety issue, no differnet then needing a 5 pt harness, better axles, proper length studs, driveshaft loop, etc. Unfortunately, it's something that the track officials can't check.
Unfortunately, until you overstress a tire's carcass and have it come apart at the top end of the track because 1/2 the tire slipped on the rim more then the other 1/2 and the tire gets twisted and then rips apart, you aren't going to understand.
