Glad to hear that! I like it when guys get new bests! The weather that night was as near optimum as you will ever see around here. The pressure was unbelievable at 30.56!!!! Unfortunately, we see that weather only a few times a year and mostly when the track is closed!

ULTIMATEORANGESS , I am running 3:42 gears.

Lynda, my last dyno was 327hp/378tq on 7/26/03. That was on the stock unported TB(its on the car now). I had 3:23 gears instead of 3:42's, and a different lid.

Lynda, my best dyno(with all the tricks) with a short belt and no a/c belt is 334 ~ 400. The 400 rwtq came from flashing the converter - hitting the brakes right before the punch on the dyno. It'll work for you too. Before that, without flashing it, the best torque number I ever saw was 369 I believe. Full belts most of the time I'm in the low 320's hp-wise.

As strong as your car is, I would think your numbers would be higher. But I wouldn't worry if I were you - people would REALLY think you have a cam then..

I dont have a way to post the graph so I'll do it like this.

RPM.........hp/rwtq

4000........285/375

4500........300/350

5000........312/330

5500........321/305

6000........324/283

6500........325/265

What does yours look like ?

These are all est. due to looking at graph:

RPM HP TQ
4500 275 320
5000 300 315
5500 311 295
6000 315 275
6500 315 250

The guy had a problem dynoing car he had to get it to 4500rpms before
going WOT due to big converter so the graph is real wavy at 4500-5000.
