Our tubular subframes weight 7.8# per side

Our boxed subframes are 12.8# per side

If you plan on doing any kind of aggressive driving I always recommend the boxed version. The boxed version weights more but it also resists torsional twisting better then the tubular version.

Both versions can be found here on my web page-

SUBFRAME CONNECTORS

IF you have any other questions please feel free to ask

I have had both SFC's BMR's Boxed and Tubeular, I love them both. IMO I like the box better due to the way it tucks into the body, you really dont know it is there. I must say though, DAMN it was heavy.....

if you guys are so worried about weight why not take out the air bags, carpet, bumper supports, race battery,etc....to me 10-20lbs sounds stupid to worry about unless its an all out drag car or bracket racer

Who said that stuff isn't already out? And why do you care if I'm worried about weight? Go somewhere else and lose races with your heavy car..
