FWIW, the ET street (not DR's) run an inch narrower than ET drags. So if you want a 28X10.5 DOT bias ply tire, get the 28X11.5 ET street. It will be the exact same size as a 28X10.5 (non W) ET drag. So unless you run a class that says the tire must say "10.5" on the sidewall, thats what you want.
Don't ask me why MT does this, but I learned it years ago and measured some for myself, its true.
