Default f-body drag raceing susp ?

ok I seen on about 5 cars thay did not have the top bar above the panhard bar way is that and is that ok to do a street / drag car

Drag car it's fine, I've had mine off for 3 years. Street car, it's a little less ideal IMO, more side loading happens with a street car then a drag car.

Boxing the chassis mount in with some plate steel, would be a good idea if you want to ditch it too (exhaust clearance or whatever the reason)

It weigh's about 5 lbs, for referance.

notch it out, remove it, replace it with a small diameter chromoly tube, box in the chassis side, any of the options will work
