If you have a clutch disk that is made from a material that will weld itself to the flywheel when you slip it then you better have the suspension to go with it, and those clutches in street cars are total crap anyway.
A good street strip clutch like a Textrailia is not going to weld itself and a stock clutch won't either.
I can cut a better 60' than most stock suspension M6 f-bodys in my 7000lbs 2wd truck on a much harder sidewall. I slip the **** out of the clutch and it has never welded itself and it's a pulling clutch.
In my car I dump the clutch but it is built for it and has the tire for it. But I'm also swapping to a slipper clutch to make it faster.
