Cheapest AC Delete Panel

I saw on here a couple months ago a panel for about $50. I can't find it now. I know one of the sponsors makes it. I have been looking at the BMR but it's just a little too high for me. I would make one if I have to spend $80. Figured that $50 would be worth it. Let me know if anyone knows who makes one.
