One advantage our bar has is it will be more street friendly than some of the other anti-roll bars out there but still work just as well at the track. This item can be used on the street with out a significant decrease in handling. Another pro to our bar is i can be 100% bolted in, however for track use we do highly recommend welding it. But the bolt in option is nice to allow the user to install the bar themselves and drive it to a shop to have the little bit of welding completed, this saves installation cost on the consumers end.

The UMI bar is 1-1/4" solid and attaches to the axle using chrome moly u-bolts, it uses 3-piece Teflon line rod ends to attach it to the chassis with aluminum adjusters. The end link design allows the pre-load of the bar to be set.

The first three bars in this link are the drag bars- UMI Drag Bars

If you have any questions regarding our bar or any set up please ask and I am glad to help.

Thanks!
Ryan

^^^ what are you talking about, that car leaves great...lol thats awesome...i am also interested in the MWC unit to add to the list, but my question is can i use it on my 10 bolt and then will i be able to switch to a fab9 or 12bolt or is it gonna be a problem ? Eric at MWC is probaly one of the easiest people to talk to and has some impressive products, thats why i will be using him on all of my suspension needs !

we have a customers car with a Moser 12 bolt with either a UMI or BMR 1-1/4 drag bar setup on it that is out of the car being replaced with one of our fabricated 9 inch and complete suspension package including our chromemoly tubular drag anti-roll bar. I removed the bar assy from the 12 bolt rearend, brackets and links from the chassis and weighed them all.

their setup including a new set of housing brackets we had left over, the bar and links weighed right at 27 pounds.

comparably, our chromemoly tubular setup with all the same components(housing brackets, hardware, links, and all) weighs a whole 8 pounds.

you'd be one to think "how can that hold up?". just for peace of mind this is basically the same components we use on 200 mph top sportsman cars making 1300-2000 hp and going 1.0's in 60 feet. we have sold hundreds of this type of anti-roll bar to customers around the world and not just f-bodys. it's light, its strong, and it works!

we have them for Moser 9", 10- bolt(same bar as our fabricated 9 inch, just turned around), 12 bolt, and of course the S60.

for pricing and availability please contact us through email, pm, or call.

Our bars are without question heavy.

We designed the anti-roll bar back when stock suspension racing was well more like stock suspension

All kidding aside the bar performance wise is still a very viable option.

It's been on cars with drag radials with consistent 1.16 -1.18 60' time and over 200 mph in the quarter mile.

Results kind of speak for themselves

you can for sure use the same bar on the stock 10 bolt as our fabricated 9 inch setup... we have already test fit one here. it really depends on which rearends you're gonna try to use it on, but chances are we can make it work for you if you specify what your plans are.

This may, or may not help, but I was in Mike Edward's pits one day and heard Jerry Bickle tell a guy "you can't put too stiff an anti-roll bar on a drag car".

Unless you have PeteZ bars and don't need one at all.
